WNBA Props Friday: Paige Bueckers Dallas Wings OVER 19.5 Points (-112)
Paige Bueckers has the ability to score in the paint, the mid-range and from long distance and she’s covered this line in 5/9 (56%) games in 2026 despite being a bit streaky.
Now Bueckers gets her first look at a Los Angeles Sparks team that ranks dead last in both defensive rating and points allowed to opposing guards.
We have seen multiple guards torch the Sparks including Brittany Sykes (27 & 38), Chennedy Carter (23), Kahleah Cooper (22) and Sonia Citron (21).
Los Angeles plays at the 4th fastest pace of play and Bueckers has cleared this line in 4/4 games against teams that rank above average in tempo while averaging 22.8 points per game.
Bueckers scored 20+ points in 2/3 games against the Sparks during the 2025 campaign with 18, 44 & 29 points. Now Bueckers is coming off an ugly game where she only scored 10 points partially due to playing only 24 minutes (avg 32+/game on season) in a 23-point blowout.
This game will be played at the pace that Bueckers prefers and that’s reflected in the total being set high at 178.5. We should also avoid a dreaded blowout with a spread of -2.5.
WNBA Props Friday: Dearica Hamby Los Angeles Sparks UNDER 2.5 Assists (+129)
Kelsey Plum looks set to return from injury on Friday night, and Dearica Hamby has averaged only 5.7 potential assists per game with her active in 2026.
When the Sparks are at full strength with Plum, Ariel Atkins, Nneka Ogwumike and Erica Wheeler on the court, Hamby has fallen short of this line in 2/3 games while landing on 3 exactly in her lone over.
Now Hamby has to deal with a Dallas Wings defense that has allowed 4th fewest assists and 5th fewest assists to opposing forwards.
Dallas has allowed the 3rd fewest assists in the mid-range and that area accounts for 45% of Hamby’s dimes. This game does have a near pick’em spread with a huge total and it should be played at a fast pace.
However, I’m banking on Plum’s return taking away assist opportunities from Hamby against an opponent who is stingy against her position.
