NBA Player Props Best Bet #1: Mikal Bridges (NYK) Over 21.5 points + rebounds + assists (-130)
We’re jumping back on the Mikal Bridges train as it seems like the sports books haven’t raised his NBA player prop lines high enough since his dreadful first round against the Hawks.
We’ll take Bridges over 21.5 points + rebounds + assists, averaging 27 points + rebounds + assists over his last three games including 25 points + rebounds + assists in the Knicks 108-102 Game 2 win over Philadelphia.
Bridges played a playoff high 38 minutes in that game and he could be in line for the same amount of minutes tonight with starters OG Anunoby and Josh Hart heading in questionable with injuries.
If either of the two miss or are limited it will increase usage for Bridges who is shooting a scorching 78% across his last three games as well.
In four head-to-head matchups against Philadelphia in the regular season Bridges averaged 26.3 points + rebounds + assists and per 40 minutes averaged 26.6 points + rebounds + assists as well.
With a couple Knicks staters banged up and Bridges coming back around since the first round, let’s take him over 21.5 points + rebounds + assists as the Knicks look to take a commanding 3-0 lead in Philadelphia tonight.
NBA Player Props Best Bet #2: Victor Wembanyama (SA) Over 12.5 Rebounds (-106)
The Spurs look to steal back home court advantage from the Timberwolves tonight as they play Game 3 in Minnesota with the series tied 1-1.
The Spurs blew out the Timberwolves by 38 in Game 2 in which Victor Wembanyama had 15 rebounds in just 26 as we’ll look for him to go over 12.5 rebounds tonight.
It seems as if Wembanyama is taking more pride in his rebounding skills as of late and especially in this series going up against fellow Frenchman Rudy Gobert.
He’s averaging 14 rebounds per game across his last four and we should see his minutes well into the 30s tonight expecting a more competitive game from the Timberwolves at home.
He averages 15.8 rebounds per 40 minutes this season and we saw him much more active on the glass towards the end of the regular season averaging 14.3 rebounds per game in his last eight regular season games compared to the 11.5 rebounds per game he averaged on the season.
With that, let’s take Wembanyama over 12.5 rebounds for our second NBA player prop tonight as San Antonio looks to maintain momentum from last game and go up 2-1 on Minnesota.
