Pitcher Prop Prediction 1: Logan Gilbert Over 17.5 Recorded Outs (-130)

Verlander is pitching his best baseball of the season as he’s currently on an 11-inning scoreless streak. Since joining the Astros at the trade deadline, Verlander has a 4-1 record, 2.97 ERA and 29 strikeouts across 29 innings of work.
He has absolutely dominated the New York Yankees during the 2023 campaign, holding them to only three runs on 12 hits across 19 innings of work while striking out 16 batters.
The Yankees have struggled to score runs all season and averaged less than four runs per game in August.
They just cut Josh Donaldson and Harrison Bader to waivers and called up rookies from Triple-A that will be immediately thrusted into the starting lineup.
Most importantly, Verlander has cleared this number in all three of his starts against the New York Yankees, recording 18, 18 and 21 outs. Now he’s in his best form of the season and the Yankees lineup is ice cold. Take the over 17.5 outs tonight and enjoy the performance from a certified ace.
