MLB Player Props Today for Monday: Kyle Schwarber Philadelphia Phillies OVER 1.5 (-129)
Kyle Schwarber was surprisingly quiet this weekend at Coors Field where he went a combined 2-10 (.200) with a double but I fully expect him to get back on track tonight in San Francisco.
Schwarber has still covered this HRR line in 5/9 games (56%) thus far in the 2026 campaign and he’s gone 4-15 (.267) with a home run and five free passes against Giants starting pitcher Adrian Houser.
Houser allowed 3 runs (1 ER) on 6 hits across 5.1 innings of work in his first outing of the season against the San Diego Padres. Schwarber thrived in three games at Oracle Park last season, going 4-13 (.307) with two home runs & 5 RBI and he went 6-12 (.500) with two home runs & 4 RBI in 2024.
The Giants bullpen ranks 21st in ERA (4.84) thus far in 2026 and Houser isn’t known for pitching very deep into games.
Schwarber is an ideal spot in the lineup being sandwiched between Trea Turner & Bryce Harper and he will be guaranteed a full 9 innings of at-bats in a stadium where he has thrived in the past.
