We cashed in on this line with Alec Burleson yesterday as we mentioned that it might only take one swing of the bat and he crushed a two-run homer in the bottom of the 5th inning.

Burleson has really heated up recently, clearing this HRR line in 6 of his last 7 games while going 11-30 (.367) with four home runs and 11 RBI in the process.

The 26-year-old left-handed slugger is in his prime and he’s crushed right-handed pitching with a .309 batting average to go along with 7 home runs and 11 doubles across 191 at-bats.

Now Burleson gets the opportunity to feast on Jameson Taillon who he’s gone 6-15 (.400) against with two home runs and two doubles.

Burleson has covered this line in 52% of his games against right-handed pitching on the season including each of his last five games.

Temperatures are projected to reach 95 degrees tonight at Busch Stadium with winds blowing out at 6 mph which sets up nicely for Burleson to beat this line on one swing if he gets a hold of one.

MLB Player Props Today for Tuesday: Cal Raleigh, Mariners OVER 2.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (+110)

Cal Raleigh is the hottest hitter in the MLB right now as he’s homered in four straight games while going a combined 8-17 (.471) with 8 RBI and 10 runs scored.

Raleigh has hit better for average against southpaws, but his power has come against righties as he’s hit 21 of his MLB leading 32 home runs against them while posting a ridiculous .379 ISO in the process.

Now Raleigh gets another crack at Chris Paddack who he hit a solo blast against in a home game on June 1st.

That was actually Paddack’s only blemish in that outing, but he’s allowed 12 earned runs on 18 hits across only 9 innings in his last two outings.

Raleigh will also get cracks against the most vulnerable bullpen in the majors during the last 30 days as the Twins rank dead last in ERA (6.77) and WHIP (1.71).

The 28-year-old catcher loves hitting at Target Field where he’s gone 8-30 (.320) with two home runs across 9 games.

There is no reason to think the hot streak doesn’t continue tonight and it makes this 2.5 HRR line very intriguing at plus money.
