With that we’re going to take Elly De La Cruz to hit his home run prop tonight after knocking in two RBIs last night including the game winning sac fly in the 10th.

Sure, De La Cruz has been a better hitter at home this season, but he still has hit nine of his 20 home runs on the road this season and 12 of 20 against right handed pitching.

Castillo has allowed five home runs in total across his last three starts (16 IP) and has struggled against left handed batters like De La Cruz.

Of the 17 home runs Castillo has given up this season, 13 of them have come against left handed batters while allowing a .533 slugging percentage compared to a .368 slugging percentage allowed to right handed batters.

He actually got the start against this same Reds team when still with the Mariners pitching seven innings and allowing two home runs with one of them coming against De La Cruz.

Let’s take De La Cruz at +300 to hit his home run prop tonight with other Reds batters to consider for a home run prop being JJ Bleday (+310) and Eugenio Suarez (+420).

Royals outfielder Jac Caglianone has been on a crash course as of late batting .382 and slugging .727 across the last 15 days as we’ll look for him to hit his home run prop tonight in LA against the Dodgers.

He already hit one home run in this series on Monday in the Royals 6-5 loss and over the last week is slugging .926. We are targeting a lefty vs lefty matchup in this game and it makes sense with Eric Lauer taking the mound for the Dodgers who has allowed 22 home runs in total this season already.

Although he has only allowed six of his 22 home runs to left handed batters he hasn’t faced them often allowing them to bat .280 while slugging .560 compared to right handed batters allowing a .239 average and .453 slugging percentage.

He has allowed four home runs in total across his last three starts (15.1 IP) with Caglianone’s six home runs against lefties this season being the most among all Royals batters this season.
