Game Analysis:

Las Vegas made a statement in Game 1, dismantling Seattle 102–77 behind elite efficiency on both ends. The Aces’ offense is simply clicking at another level, ranking first in offensive rating and effective field goal percentage over the last 10 games. Combine that with that they are allowing just under 73 ppg during that same span, and it’s clear why they’ve extended their win streak to 16 of 17. Seattle, by contrast, is inconsistent offensively and struggles against high-powered teams. That gap showed in the opener and remains the biggest factor heading into Game 2.

This historical data supports the Aces: historically, playoff road teams coming off a 20+ point home win against the same opponent are 8-2 ATS (80%). Meanwhile, the Storm have been a fade at home all year, posting a brutal 5-17 ATS record in their own building. Put simply, trends and matchup history point to the Aces holding a reliable edge in this spread range.

Expect Las Vegas to establish tempo early and lean on A’ja Wilson to pressure Seattle inside, while their guards stretch the defense with high-percentage perimeter looks. The Storm may push back with energy after the blowout, but their defensive issues and lack of consistency make it difficult to sustain over four quarters. With superior depth and momentum, the Aces have every tool to replicate their Game 1 dominance.
