Games between these Ontario rivals often seem to be high-scoring. The last meeting produced nearly 100 points. Toronto won 58-38. That marked the 7th straight game in the series which finished over the total. The two other 2024 meetings finished with 68 and 69 points. While neither offense has been that formidable yet, neither defense has been very good either. The Argos are allowing 33 points per game, most in the Eastern Conference and second most in the entire league. Even after holding Calgary to just 12, Ottawa still allows more than 27 ppg.
