Oddsmakers seem to have lowered Gafford's production expectation based on the first round, but he is in a MUCH better situation to fill the stat sheet against the Thunder. Gafford struggled against the Clippers, but he produced 11 rebounds in Game 1 and probably would have had more if the game didn't get out of hand in the fourth quarter. Oklahoma City is bottom-3 in the league in both overall rebounding rate and offensive rebounding rate this season. Gafford almost cleared this number simply through offensive rebounds (5) on Tuesday. Gafford finished Game 1 with 22 rebounding opportunities and secured 11 of them. With Luka Doncic likely slowed with a knee injury, players like Gafford are going to have to do the dirty work to help him and Kyrie Irving stay fresh. This number is too low, and is reflective of Gafford's production against the Clippers and not this current matchup with the Thunder.
