3* Rotation #34: NHL Monday 3* Florida Panthers Money Line -160 vs Boston Bruins @ 8 ET - The Bruins had a 3-1 series lead last year against Florida in the playoffs and then lost 3 straight including 2 in OT on home ice to lose the series. So this is revenge for Boston. That said, why am I on Florida here and even laying a moderate price to back them? Well it is no mistake that Florida is a sizable favorite here in Game One. The Panthers also lost all 4 games to the Bruins in the regular season! So why is Florida favored in the 160 range? Exactly! The key here is Florida has the more potent offensive attack and they are the more rested team here and they have home ice. The Bruins just finished an absolute war with Toronto while the Panthers made quick work of a tough Lightning team and that certainly impressed me. Florida has scored an average of 4 goals per game in this post-season. The Bruins have scored an average of only 2 goals per goal in regulation time of last 6 games. This is going to be a helluva series and I am not saying the Panthers win this series as there are a lot of factors in that. But in this first game, with the rest edge and home ice edge I see solid line value here with the moderately priced home fave. 3* FLORIDA -160
