The Red Sox return home from a Road Trip and we like fading teams in this spot. The Cubs are starting a road trip and I like taking teams who are playing well in that first game of a Road Trip as that team is focused wanting to keep the streak going and get the road trip off to a good start. It’s a good momentum play. Both Pitchers have been pitching well but Shota Imanaga is facing Boston for the 1st time and we always say Pitchers have the advantage 1st time around the league. His K/BB Ratio is 21-2 telling me he has had full command of all his pitches and is fooling the hitters. Boston is just 3-7 at home so far while averaging just 3.5 RPG.
