It looks like Braves first baseman Matt Olson is starting to get on track, blasting a home run in three of his past four games with ten total on the season.

The Braves get Trevor Williams tonight making his second straight start against Atlanta going 4.1 innings while allowing three earned runs last time out but no home runs.

Olson didn’t have a hit in that game, but he does have a home run in ten at-bats against Williams in his career.

The Nationals’ starter has also had his struggles against lefties in general this season allowing all five home runs to left handed hitters while allowing a .589 slugging percentage compared to a .247 slugging percentage allowed to right handed hitters.

Olson sports a .559 slugging percentage in May so far and has a slugging percentage that’s 60 points higher on the road than at home.

Williams hasn’t allowed a home run in each of his last two starts, but allowed one in five of his previous six starts before that.

Take Olson to hit a home run at +400 odds with other Braves batters to look at for a home run include Austin Riley (+350) and Drake Baldwin (+560).

MLB HR Props Best Bet of the Day #2: Zach Neto (LAA) +340

Believe it or not, the Angels hold the longest current winning streak in the American League at five as they go head-to-head with the Athletics in Sacramento tonight.

Part of that success has been due to the bat of Zach Neto who is now batting .345 in road games to go along with a .648 slugging percentage compared to a .443 slugging percentage at home.

He has a hit in seven of his last eight games while slugging .507 in May and is 4-7 with a home run off Athletics starter JP Sears.

Sears has allowed three home runs in just 14 innings pitched in home starts with the other three coming in 35 innings pitched on the road.

Neto had 23 home runs last season in 155 games and is well on his way to surpassing that number this season with seven in just 29 games.

Neto only has 13 plate appearances against left handers this season, but in 2024 he hit .374 with a .598 slugging percentage against lefties compared to a .218 average and .405 slugging percentage against righties.

Take Neto to hit a home run tonight at +340 with other Angels batters to consider for a home run include Jorge Soler and Logan O’Hoppe both listed at +320 odds.
