Lamar Jackson Baltimore Ravens OVER 38.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

We have already seen the Dallas Cowboys struggle with mobile quarterbacks in 2026 as Jaxson Dart ran for 54 yards in Week 1 and Jayden Daniels finished with 69 yards in Week 2 despite missing the entire 2nd half.

This was also an issue for Dallas in 2025 as they allowed the 3rd most rushing yards to opposing quarterbacks with an average of 23.4 per game. Lamar Jackson hasn’t exactly run wild in 2026, but he’s still managed to record 4 carries for 34 yards against New Orleans and 7 carries for 40 yards against Indianapolis.

However, Lamar Jackson stated that he’s still part of the running game and sometimes the defense just doesn’t give us the look. The Ravens have had massive issues with their offensive line and now they have to travel already to Brazil with left tackle Ronnie Stanley unable to finish the last game which could lead to additional scrambles.

There have also been questions about the field conditions in Rio de Janeiro, but I feel like Jackson can take advantage of that as one of the fastest players on the field.

Matthew Stafford Los Angeles Rams UNDER 243.5 Passing Yards (-114)

The Denver Broncos have a strong pass defense that ranks top 10 in multiple categories including opponent success rate per drop back. Opposing quarterbacks haven’t sniffed this number against Denver as Trevor Lawrence finished with 189 yards and Patrick Mahomes landed on 184 yards.

The Los Angeles Rams may find it much easier to move the ball on the ground as the Broncos have allowed the 3rd most yards per carry (5.1) through the first two games of the 2026 campaign.

The Rams could be dealing with a depleted receiving core on Sunday night as wide receivers Puka Nacua & Jordan Whittington and tight ends Colby Parkinson & Terrance Ferguson have all missed or been limited in practice as of Wednesday.

We have seen Stafford finish with two drastically different outcomes as he’s landed on 327 and 155 yards in the first two games of the season. The Broncos may not hold Stafford under 200 yards, but I don’t see him beating this number against this Denver defense.

NFL Week 3 RB Prop Prediction #1

TreVeyon Henderson New England Patriots OVER 39.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

In Week 2, Rhamondre Stevenson fumbled for his 18th time as a member of the New England Patriots and TreVeyon Henderson took full advantage while running the ball 16 times for 76 yards.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have a strong pass rush, so Josh McDaniels is going to need to utilize the running game to take the pressure off Drake Maye.

The Jaguars defense ranks 10th in yards allowed per carry but they also rank 28th in run stop win rate according to ESPN. Jacksonville also hasn’t faced any strong rushing attacks with games against the Broncos and Browns.

Henderson played 60% of the snaps last week and recorded 55+ rushing yards in 4/4 games when logging that type of workload in 2025. The workload may be divided more evenly in Week 3, but Henderson will still be involved heavily, and this is reasonable number.

Quinshon Judkins Cleveland Browns OVER 56.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

Quinshon Judkins actually hasn’t come close to this number in the first two weeks of the season while playing in Jacksonville and Tampa Bay but now, he’s facing a Carolina Panthers defense that ranks 29th in run defense DVOA while allowing an NFL high 6.31 yards per carry.

Judkins is also finally playing at home where he recorded 59+ rushing yards in 5 of 7 games during the 2025 campaign. We have seen Judkins receive the lion’s share of the Cleveland Browns workload with 75% of the running back carries and 66% of the snap share.

The Carolina Panthers have scored 37 and 34 points in their first wo games of the 2026 campaign so Cleveland should look to keep the ball on the ground to control the clock and Judkins is their go-to-guy.

NFL Week 3 Wide Receiver/Tight End Props

NFL Week 3 TE Prop Prediction

Travis Kelce Kansas City Chiefs OVER 50.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Travis Kelce has crushed this line in each of the first two games of the season with 3 receptions for 71 yards against the Denver Broncos and 9 receptions for 101 yards against the Indianapolis Colts.

The Miami Dolphins defense has struggled against opposing tight ends in 2026 as George Kittle logged 80 receiving yards & a touchdown last week after Michael Mayer Jack Bech combined for 9 catches for 55 yards in the season opener.

The Dolphins also had their issues with the tight end position in 2025 as they allowed the 4th most receiving yards with an average of 66.7 yards per game. The Chiefs are 10.5-point road favorites in Week 3 so they should collect plenty of yards offensively and Kelce seems rejuvenated in 2026.

NFL Week 3 WR Prop Prediction

Jaxon Smith-Njigba Seattle Seahawks OVER 90.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

Jaxon Smith-Njigba has already absolutely smoked this line in his first two games of the season while recording 155 yards in Arizona against the Cardinals last week and 122 yards at home in Week 1 against the New England Patriots.

The Washington Commanders rank DEAD LAST in DVOA against wide receiver 1’s as DeVonta Smith finished with 53 yards and CeeDee Lamb torched them for 153 yards in Week 2.

Washington also allowed the 6th most yards to opposing wide outs in 2026 with an average of 162.7 yards per game. The Commanders also have relied heavily on zone coverage and JSN is the #1 wide receiver against that type of defense in the NFL.

NFL Week 3 Anytime Touchdown Prop Prediction #1

David Montgomery Houston Texans (+105)

David Montgomery looked dominant in Week 1 while scoring 3 touchdowns while logging 79 all-purpose yards against the Buffalo Bills.

The Houston Texans offense sputtered in Week 2, and Montgomery struggled but now he gets an extremely favorable matchup against an Indianapolis Colts defense that has allowed the 3rd most rushing yard to opposing running backs with an average of 147 per game. In Week 1, Derrick Henry found the end zone three times against Indianapolis while running the ball 24 times for 144 yards.

Kenneth Walker III didn’t score against the Colts in Week 2, but he did produce 178 yards of total offense with 24 rushing attempts and 6 receptions. Montgomery has another indoor game in Week 3, and he should look more like himself against a struggling defense.
