THE PLAY: Colorado Rockies +114 C Quantrill (RHP), A Brooks (RHP) Must Start

This one just missed the client card, however is an interesting handicap and a true degenerate special. Late night west coast matchup in the Colosseum between two teams on losing streaks and not much hope of anything special this season. The Athletics are in free fall, losers of eight straight games. Returning to Oakland after a ten game road trip makes the spot dreadful as well. Throw in their starter Brooks posted a 4.5 ERA in the minors this season and asking them to lay a price as the favorite becomes head scratching. 

The reason the A's are going off as the favorite is because the Rockies have not been much “Better”, losing three straight themselves. The angle here is the Rox starter Quantrill, has been terrific. Colorado is (3-0) in his last three starts and the righty has only given up 2 runs in his last 20 innings. Riding the hot hand of Quantrill at the plus price is how we are ending our Tuesday betting card. Bet Rockies.

THE PLAY: Cleveland Guardians -108 Action

Hammering Cleveland heading into the overnight betting markets. We would not be surprised at all to see money flow in on the Guardians. One of the more impressive starts to the season in all of MLB, Cleveland is up over +12 units year to date and has been printing money at home. 

The Mets are struggling, losing six of their last eight and eight of their last eleven. Their starter Houser is sporting a 7 ERA and was demoted to the bullpen earlier in the season, now filling a spot in the rotation seems like a reach for New York. He has a 17/23 strikeout to walk ratio, meaning he has five more walks than strikeouts on the season. That is just atrocious at this point in the season. 

Huge bullpen edge on our side for the later innings. Get on this number sooner than later. Bet Cleveland at the short favorite price.
