Denver in situation which figures to have them in “fast start” mode to this game. Already the 6th highest scoring home team this season (30.3 ppg) the Nuggets starting 5 more than capable of eclipsing tonight’s 1Q oddsmaker assigned number. Reversal of uncharacteristic 20 point 6/16/37.5% FG shooting from this core group in Game #1 probably a focal point here. Anticipate emphasis will be put on that point by PG Jamal Murray whose scoreless 1Q & 1H fall squarely into “bounce back” target zone. Calf injury has induced some subpar stretches during the playoffs but Murray has responded with more typical scoring production each time. Ball Arena crowd should provide added early support in getting Nuggets point total rolling which is helpful as well. Fundamental, situational & technical aspects all point directly to Denver going “over” their 1Q price tag.
