Analysis

4* Rotation #910: MLB Sunday 4* Philadelphia Phillies +103 vs San Francisco Giants @ 7:10 ET - I am going to keep riding the red hot Phillies. There is no reason to stop right now. Just as I mentioned yesterday and Friday, line value here because the Giants are certainly a respectable team and they have a pitcher with a low ERA on the mound for this one. As a result of market perception on SF and their pitcher here, the Phillies are offering solid line value in this one with a sizzling hot lineup and a pitcher likely to be better in his 2nd start since returning from injury. Philadelphia will have Taijuan Walker on the mound. The Phillies have won 8 of 9 games and 15 of last 18 games. Philadelphia has averaged 6.3 runs per game in their last 17 games. San Francisco has averaged 2.4 runs per game last 9 games - an ugly 3-6 stretch. The Phillies have gone 19-9 this season against teams that currently have a losing record. The Giants have gone 5-10 this season against teams that currently have a winning record. The Giants Logan Webb has solid numbers this season but has struggled on the road! Webb had a 4.31 ERA on the road last season and has a 5.31 ERA this season on the road with a .321 batting average against. Now Winn is on the road facing a solid Phillies lineup and with the Phillies having the home field edge and the hot lineup edge right now I am looking for another big home win. Yes, more of the same here and we get tremendous line value here with Phillies as a small dog at home because of the pitching match-up being over-valued toward the Giants. Remember Walker was on the road for his first start this season and he was much better when pitching at home for the Phillies last season and the same held true the year before when he was with the Mets. Walker likes being on the home mound! Even without the injured Turner, the Phillies lineup did not miss a beat in their 14-3 win yesterday! 4* PHILADELPHIA +103
