(3%) UNDER isles/canes. The Islanders are finally turning to their number one goalie, Sorokin. Recall that Sorokin held the Canes to two goals or less in four of last year's six playoff games. Between the change in goalies and the venue shift, the Isles should do a much better job of keeping the puck out of the net. After giving up six combined in the first two games at Raleigh in last year's playoff series, the Isles allowed only one in Game 3. Keep in mind that the first game of the current series stayed below the total and Game 2 was also lower-scoring most of the way than the final score suggests. A similar late flurry of goals is unlikely. The last meeting here had a score of 4-1. I see this one also finishing with five or less.
