Heightened sense of urgency game for Philadelphia team that had 4th quarter leads on the road in each of the first two. Expect maximum effort here at home off of frustrating trio of non calls (later identified by the NBA) that cost them on Tuesday night. Statistical results thus far show Philadelphia just -1 in FG made (72-73) / -2 in 3pt FG made (25-27) and -6 in FT made (36-42). The rebounding & 2nd chance points disparities that plagued them in Game #1 (-22 & -18) were corrected in Game #2 as New York could only garner minimal +2 & +1 advantages respectively. Combination of 76ers now settling into the series and their series sense of urgency are solid building blocks for backing them here. Possible peripheral advantage could be referees mindset knowing Philly was denied accurate calls that basically dictated the outcome. Favorable whistles at home in frenzied environment have shown up before and this could be a prime spot.
