Bolivar are one of our favourite teams to bet on when they play at home, as they are one of the sneakiest teams in South America, in the sense that they might look like an inferior team, but they play at an altitude of 11,940 feet, which is their big weapon. The air up there is thin, and players from visiting teams are not accustomed to playing in such extreme conditions. We say this every year when we take Bolivar ML, and we successfully did so last season. Especially against Brazilian teams, who play in a very low elevation, Bolivar have found success on quite a few occasions.

Bolivar already have 2 wins out of 2 matches in the Copa Libertadores, beating Millonarios by 3-2 at home and Palestino by 4-0 on the road, and they know that another win would put them in a very favourable spot regarding the qualification. 

Flamengo are coming off a very demanding derby against Palmeiras, in which the two teams split the points in a goal-less draw. They have a kind of important match coming up on the weekend, where they will host Rio de Janeiro rivals Botafogo in a "Clasico Vovo", or the "Grandad Derby", dubbed that way cause it's the oldest derby in Brazil (and one of the oldest in all of South America). While on the other hand, Bolivar were eliminated from their domestic playoffs and don't have an upcoming match, so they will use their best lineup.
