2% Philadelphia Phillies (-125) over Cincinnati — w/ Suarez & Greene — 

Philly currently has the 2nd longest winning streak of the entire season thus far and a win today would tie them with the Royals for the longest streak of the season. Luckily for them they have Suarez on the mound who has been absolutely dominant this season, but even more so in the L2 starts. On the season (4 starts) Suarez has a 1.73 ERA, but he has thrown B2B starts w/o allowing a run (15 IP). 

As for Hunter Greene, there was high expectations when he came up to the MLB but he has struggled to live up to those expectations. Cincinnati has lost his L4 starts, giving him just 5 runs of support combined in the L3 starts. Over the L2Y though, the Reds are just 2-9 on the ML when Greene makes a start at home. 

Philadelphia has the better bullpen, especially given them playing on the road. They have the SP advantage and they have the hotter bats. Make it 7 in a row for the Phillies tonight.
