(55) Colorado Avalanche at (56) Winnipeg Jets
Okay to -120 here. With the easy Bruins winner tucked away I can bump this play up a bit. Most important variable for me in the playoffs is goaltending. Big advantage on the Winnipeg side with likely Vezina winner Hellebuyck over Giorgiev, with the latter sporting a save percentage of less than .900. Add in the Avs very shaky road ledger and maybe a public belief they're better than they are. Jets scoring first might be nice as they are a phenomenal 35-4-2 when leading 1-0. Regardless, much better defensive team at home laying next to nothing is a take for me. Winnipeg to win the series opener.
