This will be the fourth time these two meet this season, after the reverse EPL fixture and two EFL Cup semi-finals, in which we saw Both Teams to Score in all 3. Fulham have scored in 7 of L/8 matches against Liverpool, with Both Teams to Score in 6 of 8 and Over 2.5 Goals in 4 of 8. 

Fulham with no fear of relegation right now (16 points above the relegation zone), but also 8 points behind the top -6/7 spots, so no real target for them other than to have fun. They beat Tottenham by 3-0 at home and also beat Manchester United by 2-1 on the road, and they've been really good against Liverpool in all 3 previous matches, so I do see them scoring here. 

Liverpool unexpectedly dropped out of the Europa League after losing at home to Atalanta in the first leg by 3-0, and even though they won the second leg in Italy by 1-0, it was not enough. Liverpool will now throw their entire focus in winning the EPL, but their chances were diminished after that 1-0 loss at home to Crystal Palace last week. That loss leaves them at the 3rd spot with 71 points, as many as Arsenal above them, while Manchester City are top of the table with 73 points. 
Liverpool will try to get the maximum of their remaining games, hoping that City somehow slip and drop points. They might be coming off 3 consecutive matches with BTTS - NO, but don't let that fool you as prior to that they were on a 7-0 run to the Both Teams to Score - YES. 

All things considered, I do think that Fulham is more than capable of scoring again but Liverpool absolutely need a win to keep their title hopes alive. But I wouldn't be surprised if Fulham managed to pull an upset here.
