3% Arizona Diamondbacks (-121) over San Francisco — w/ Harrison & Gallen— 

Starting pitchers and momentum are huge in this game of this series. Zac Gallen has had one “bad” start this season, and while it was his lone road start of the year, it was also at Coors Field. Take those numbers with a grain of salt with the atmosphere and look at the fact that Gallen has only allowed 1 ER in 3 starts outside of Coors Field this season. 

Kyle Harrison is making his first start for the Giants, and you may ask why I listed a pitcher like this that hasn’t started yet … that’s because Arizona is the #1 offense in the league against LHP. They have the best combined batting average as a team (.314) and they are putting up over 7 runs/game in games started by LHP. 

I really think Arizona’s offense is going to continue to be something special. That has to be deflating for the Giants, losing 17-1, and now they have to come back out and do it all over again. The Diamondbacks have put up 32 runs in the L4 games against the Giants, I think it will be something that Arizona continues to carry into today’s game, especially because they are 11-4 on the road in the L2Y after putting up 8+ runs.
