Canning data across the board is pretty terrible. Pepiot with a substantial edge on the mound. The Tampa Bay bullpen is atrocious to this point so best option would appear to be the 1H. Willing to save the somewhat substanial vig and will gamble the canning issues continue. I will lay the -0.5 F5 here.
