For a team with such high expectations coming into the year, the L.A. Dodgers' start hasn't been smooth sailing each night to start the year for the L.A. Dodgers, but there's no reason to overreact. Due to that up-and-down start, we can get some better prices. The Dodgers have now lost four of their last five games but will get a chance to respond against everyone's favorite pitcher to fade, Patrick Corbin. Not only will the Dodgers get to face Corbin, but they will also go against a fatigued bullpen featuring at least four pitchers with at least 30 pitches over the last three days. 

Anyone who knows me knows I'm not interested in laying a lofty price on the money line or betting a heavy price on the run line when I can get a reasonable -120 on the over 5.5 team total. Patrick Corbin is 0-2 with an 8.44 ERA and a 1.94 WHIP in 16.0 innings. The Nationals probably don't want to send him to the mount, but they have no choice, and they have paid him already, so he has to keep going out there. In Corbin's most recent start, he pitched 5.2 innings and allowed seven runs on 11 hits with zero walks and two strikeouts in a loss against the San Francisco Giants. 

Several Dodgers players have a great batting history against Corbin, so getting over 5.5 should not be a stretch with this team in bounce-back mode and off a loss to the Nats last night.
