Both the Mavericks and Heat will be on the second leg of a back-to-back tonight with each coming off a win in very different ways. Dallas beat Charlotte by 26 on the road with Miami needing two overtime periods to come away with a 117-111 win at Atlanta. Tyler Herro had a game-high 33 points for Miami, which was his highest scoring output since coming back from injury. However, Duncan Robinson and Terry Rozier missed last night’s game. Robinson is expected to miss tonight's as well and Rozier is listed as questionable. Miami is 6-5-1 against the spread with no rest this season, but Dallas is 10-3 against the number in that scenario. Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic were the only two Mavs that played for more than 28 minutes last night as Dallas grabbed an 18-point lead in the first quarter and never looked back. Dallas defeated Miami 114-108 back on March 7, but that was with Robinson and Rozier in the lineup for the Heat. They combined to score 46 points in the loss. Miami will have Herro in this one, though, but after him and Bam Adebayo played 48 minutes last night, how much of an impact will they have tonight? The Mavericks are 18-4 against the spread as a road favorite this season.
