I talked about how this young Cleveland staff plays off each other so they can be streaky as a unit.  Despite losing their star to TJ surgery they have the #2 team ERA at 2.05 and are facing a CWS team that is #29 in BA and last in OBP. Guardians have allowed THREE runs the L4 games while the White Sox and scored just 5 runs the L5 games and have topped 8  hits OBCE in the l8 games. Allen is off a start at Seattle where he threw 6 2/3 shutout innings allowing 4 hits. Guardians were rained out Sunday and the bullpen was not taxied yesterday so the bullpen has tossed only 56 pitched the L2 days (bullpen is #1 w/ 1.18 ERA). White Sox bullpen is #28 with a 1.71 WHIP with a heavy usage the L3 days throwing 238 pitches.
