Pacers +2.5 games

The Pacers have dominated the Bucks this season going 4-1 straight up against them, and Giannis is doubtful for game 1 and the rest of the games right now.  Haliburton has been impossible for the Bucks to guard, and the Pacers did that damage against Milwaukee without Pascal Siakam.  The Pacers only need to win 2 games to cash this, and I think they have a real chance at winning the series with the Giannis injury, and the Bucks defensive problems.

Nuggets -1.5 games

The Nuggets have dominated the Lakers as the Nuggets are 7-0 in the 3 head-to-head meetings from this regular season, and the 4 playoff games from last year.  The Lakers were lucky to win the game against the Pelicans, and maybe they don't without the Zion Williamson injury, but the Nuggets are healthy and won't want to mess around with a long series in the first round.  Maybe the Lakers get a win, possibly 2, but I don't see the Lakers winning 3 games.  Lebron needs rest at this point in his career, and he'll have only 1 day rest between games 1-2, games 3-4, and games 4-5.  Advantage Nuggets, they should roll.
