4% Atlanta Braves (-143) over Miami Marlins — 

A situation that I have kept my eye on this year is teams coming off a big upset loss, while still playing in the same series. It was a beneficial situation the last couple of days and only makes sense here again with the Braves. The Braves had only 6 hits yesterday, the 2nd fewest they have had in a game all year. 

Today, Atlanta throws Charlie Morton. Morton has posted a 3.17 ERA in his 2 starts but had a noticeably better start in his road outing, as opposed to his home start. He threw 5.2 scoreless IP against the White Sox allowing just 3 hits during the start. They take on Jesus Luzardo who has bolstered a 7.20 ERA already in just 3 starts! Luzardo has only seemingly gotten worse in each start. He allowed 2 ERs in his 1st outing in 5 IP, followed by 3 ERs in 5.1 IP and most recently, 7 ERs in just 4.2 IP. 

The Marlins finally got their 1st home win of the season, but this Atlanta offense is just too impressive to hold to those kind of numbers in consecutive games. This may be one of the lower lines that we see for the Braves against a team like this and I am going to jump all over it.
