Nothing to really like about Koln, but Bayern have no reason to put out a strong XI and their lineup should be heavily rotated fort this match.  The Bundesliga title race is over, Leverkusen have it wrapped up, and the Top-4, while not official for Bayern, is all but a certainty as well.  They need to put all their eggs in the Champions League basket to salvage this season and of course they host Arsenal just a few days after this match.

We missed the best of the number, but are on the right money side as this opened -2.5 and has now fallen to -2.0 for Bayern.  Yes, even their B team is better than Koln and deserving favorites, but this seems like a big number to lay against a team fighting for their lives against relegation.
