3% #905/906 Pittsburgh Pirates & Philadelphia Phillies OVER 8.5 — 

I know that Philadelphia has now stayed under the total in 7 straight games, but 6 of those were on the road and the Phillies are still 5-1 OU @ H this season. That has been where their offense has really gotten their spark, but both the pitchers in this matchup have struggled already allowing runs early in the year. 

Both pitchers have posted an ERA near (or above) 4.00, including LHP Ranger Suarez. Not only is Pittsburgh 6-1 OU on the road this season, but they are also 5-0 OU vs. LHP, putting up almost 8 runs/game against LHP!!

Both of these teams started the year red-hot … Pittsburgh’s start was nearly all against lefties, while Philadelphia’s start was all at home … now those situations come full circle and I think we see these offenses wake up today.
