Desperation spot for the Lakers as the series is over if they go down 0-3. I said before the series that La will win a road game before DEN does and I still hold that belief. This is a Nuggets team who does not have a winning record on the road this season! There are plenty of adjustments still to be made, role players play better at home, and LA is the deeper team, so I expect the Lakers to take advantage. Mike Malone and the Nuggets are talking like they won the series already when all they did was protect home court. I know the Lakers will hear it and it will be extra motivation to come out firing in game 3. We saw PHX return home to tie the series up last round after falling behind 0-2 and I expect the same from LA. The cutoff for this play is -7.
