Michigan State has been bet up and I just don't agree with the move here. Michigan State will have the home crowd here but Rutgers is the clear superior team in my opinion and now we can get +3. I made this game a PICK (basically where it opened at -1) so now I see clear value on the Rutgers side.
Rutgers hasn't traveled well in the past but they are 2-2 on the road this year and should have won at Ohio State. I expect them to win here.
