After three tough series' to start the regular season, the Rangers will close out their series tonight against the Athletics, a big step down from the Astros, Cubs & Rays. Following their loss to open the series, the Rangers responded last night by putting six runs on the board; tonight, they'll get to face JP Sears, who went 5.2 innings in his most recent start, surrendering six hits, four earned runs, two homers and just one strikeout. Local weather indicates strong winds will blow out during the majority of this game, which is very beneficial to the power hitters the Rangers hold. We see a 5.5 for the team total, but we are getting an excellent plus price. I don't trust the starting pitching or the relievers for the A's; this is a great spot to fade them.
