      LONG-TERM SUBSCRIPTION BUYERS:
      Attention all single or multi-day subscribers, be sure to check your Members page to view any plays that may have been released earlier in the week. All future plays will be sent by email and also available on your members page.

      *Please note that all subscription-based purchases apply to games played during the date(s) of the subscription, not the specific day that the play was released.

      * Because it's important to us that you receive the information you paid for in a timely fashion, We strongly encourage you to ONLY use a valid personal email address. Due to mail flow rules and restrictions often put in place by corporations, the ability for us to deliver email to you may be severely impacted when using a corporate address.

      Purchase Terms and Conditions:
      All purchases are made from Wager Talk Media, LP, the parent company of WagerTalk.com. This order will appear on your credit card statement as WagerTalk 18009587452. All Sales are Final and products are sold “as is”. Once a product or service has been purchased, delivered, and/ or viewed, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will not be issued due to restrictions imposed by Federal and/or local regulatory agencies, including but not limited to;
      • In-state collegiate teams and events
      • In-state Professional teams and events
      • Wager or Sub-Wager Type
      • Lack of access to authorized operators
      • Undelivered email or SMS notifications as we are unable to guarantee the deliverability and/or restrictions set forth by your provider.
      Plays are loaded to your account and can be accessed by logging in and clicking “My Plays”. Downloadable items are accessed through “My Plays” in the member’s area in the right-hand column. In the event of an error, plays are not loaded to your account we require a screenshot of the member’s area of your account to be sent for review to support@wagertalk.com. Subscriptions include selections for games that are played within your subscription. *A 30 Day pass that is active 5/1/2021 - 5/31/2021 will not include selections for games played on 6/1/2021 or later regardless of the release date. If you feel an exception to the refund policy as listed above is warranted please email support@wagertalk.com outlining your concern. It will be reviewed and consideration will be made at the sole discretion of WagerTalk Media’s Support Team. You understand and agree that WagerTalk assumes no responsibility in connection with your use of the website, the services and content are provided for entertainment purposes.
