Analysis
I like both of these teams a lot from a long term perspective but I'm higher on the Padres (relative to where the market is on San Diego right now) and I have Cease rated higher than Suarez so I'll take a shot with San Diego coming off of a couple of losses here.
San Diego was blown out yesterday so they were able to rest their top three RP's. Cease to Peralta/Matsui followed by Robert Suarez is better than what the Phillies have stacked so I'll put my money on the Padres bouncing back with a home win here.
