NFL Tech Angle

Washington @ San Francisco 10/19 05:10 PM
Since mid-December of last season, Commanders' games have gone 8-1 to the over and the only "under" in that stretch came two weeks ago in London vs. the Colts when Washington was forced to go with Rutgers rookie QB Athan Kaliakmanis for much of the game.
Dallas @ Green Bay 10/18 05:10 PM
Green Bay has won five of the last six meetings in this NFC matchup, with the lone exception coming in a 40-40 tie last year in Dallas. Each of the last six meetings between the Packers and Cowboys have gone over the total, with those six contests seeing an average of 68.0 points per game (two games went to overtime).
Buffalo @ Las Vegas 10/18 01:10 PM
Buffalo has won-and-covered each of the last three meetings, with the last one being a 38-10 home win in September 2023. Each of the last seven meetings between the Raiders and Bills have gone over the total.
LA Chargers @ Kansas City 10/18 01:10 PM
The Chargers' current eight-game losing streak (which includes a playoff loss at New England last January) is the longest in the league, and the Bolts haven't covered a spread in that stretch (0-7-1), either. Though note LA under Jim Harbaugh was 3-0-1 vs. the line against the Chiefs the past two seasons, and won both meetings outright a year ago.
Chicago @ Atlanta 10/18 10:10 AM
The Bears' last four games have all stayed under the total. Since the start of the 2024-25 season, Atlanta has gone 6-13 against the spread in home games.
Baltimore @ Cleveland 10/18 10:10 AM
Baltimore has won each of the last three meetings by an average of 18.7 points per game. Each of the last five meetings between the Ravens and Browns have gone over the total as Baltimore has scored an average of 30.8 points per game by itself in those contests.
Tennessee @ Indianapolis 10/18 10:10 AM
Indianapolis has won-and-covered each of the last six meetings in this AFC South matchup. The Colts earned a 21-point win in Nashville followed by a 24-point win in Indianapolis. The under is 4-1 in Titans' games this season, and the lone "over" against the Eagles required a touchdown in the final ten seconds to clear the total.
NY Jets @ New England 10/18 10:10 AM
After New York's brief run of success in 2024, the Patriots have re-established their dominance in this AFC East matchup. New England is 26-4 straight-up over the last 30 meetings with the Jets, including a pair of wins-and-covers as a double-digit favorite last year. Six of the last eight meetings have stayed under the total as the Jets have scored an average of 16.3 points per game during that run. The under is 4-1 in New York's games this season.
New Orleans @ NY Giants 10/18 10:10 AM
This is the fourth-straight year these cross-division foes have met, with New Orleans winning each of the first three. Those three contests saw an average of 31.7 points per game with all three staying under their respective totals.
Carolina @ Philadelphia 10/18 10:10 AM
Philadelphia covered the number as a 7.5-point 'dog against the Jaguars last week, breaking a six-game losing streak at the betting window. If the Eagles close as a favorite in this matchup, you have to go back to December 14 of last year to find the last time Philadelphia covered the number as a home favorite. Since the midway point of last season, the under is 7-1 in the Panthers' last eight road games.
Pittsburgh @ Tampa Bay 10/18 10:10 AM
Pittsburgh's last three games have seen an average of 54.7 points per game, with all three of those contests flying over their respective totals.
Houston @ Jacksonville 10/18 06:10 AM
This has been a tightly-contested series in recent years as the last five meetings have all been decided by one score. Four of those five contests stayed under the total. Houston and Jacksonville split their two games last season with the home team protecting its turf in each matchup.
Seattle @ Denver 10/15 05:10 PM
After covering 15 of their last 18 last season through the Super Bowl, the Seahawks have been struggling vs. the number, notching just one spread cover in five tries early this season (1-2-2 vs. line). Meanwhile, the Broncos get points at home despite winning outright in 14 of their last 15 as a regular-season host.
