10/15 1:40 PM PDT265/266 Pittsburgh @ Tampa BayTampa BayBucs QB Baker Mayfield is still seeking clearance to be the back-up this week as he recovers from a dislocated thumb, but Tampa Bay announced that Jalon Daniels will continue to be the starter this week.
10/15 1:39 PM PDT277/278 Arizona @ LA RamsLA RamsRams offensive lineman Alaric Jackson has been suspended for two games (pending appeal) for punching a Bills player after Monday night's loss.
10/15 1:39 PM PDT273/274 Carolina @ PhiladelphiaPhiladelphiaEagles QB Jalen Hurts has been ruled out as he seeks treatment for a blood clot. Neither Saquon Barkley nor DeVonta Smith practiced on Wednesday.
10/13 8:48 PM PDT205/206 Mississippi St @ LSUMississippi StMississippi State QB Kamario Taylor is listed as questionable with a foot injury.
10/13 10:44 AM PDT131/132 Rutgers @ MarylandRutgersRutgers QB Dylan Lonergan has been cleared to return this week and is expected to play in this contest.
10/13 8:08 AM PDT187/188 Nebraska @ OregonOregonDucks QB Dante Moore missed last week's loss to UCLA while still recovering from the concussion suffered against USC on September 26. Backup and former Nebraska transfer Dylan Raiola, who passed for 289 yards off the bench to lead the win over the Trojans, was completely ineffective (43 passing yards and a pair of interceptions) in his start last week vs. the Bruins, prompting head coach Dan Lanning to opt for little-used sr. Brock Thomas in the fourth quarter to spark a late Oregon rally that fell just short. Big Ten sources don't expect word on Moore's availability for this week's game vs. the Cornhuskers, or word from Lanning on who might start the game if Moore doesn't make the post, until later in the week.
10/13 4:49 AM PDT101/102 Delaware @ Middle Tenn StDelawareDelaware has not given any update on the status of QB Nick Minicucci, who is considered "week to week" as he recovers from an injury suffered against Virginia on September 26. The Blue Hens suffered a 30-14 home loss against Liberty without Minicucci in their last contest.
10/13 3:50 AM PDT181/182 San Jose State @ UTEPUTEPThe Miners were minus incarnate Word transfer QB EJ Colson, Jr (undisclosed injury) in last Saturday's 30-13 loss at the Sun Bowl vs. visiting Nevada. Backup Raymond Moore II took snaps instead and tossed 2 TDs, but with only 132 pass yards, he had only gained 84 yards thru the air prior to a belated TD drive in the last 2 minutes as the Wolf Pack defense played loose with a big lead. Colson likely moves back into the lineup as soon as he's given the medical clearance, though after his own struggles earlier this season, any dropoff to Moore seems negligible at best.
10/12 4:14 PM PDT179/180 Notre Dame @ BYUBYUThe Cougars are again expected to be without top RB LJ Martin (1305 YR in 2025), who went out early in the October 3 win at TCU with an ankle injury and didn't play in last Friday's 24-10 BYU win over Iowa State. Big 12 sources report the likely return date for Martin will be early November.
10/12 1:28 PM PDT119/120 Washington U @ PurdueWashington UWashington QB Demond Williams Jr. is listed as doubtful on the Huskies' early-week injury report after suffering a rib injury against Iowa last week.
10/12 1:25 PM PDT143/144 Akron @ Miami OhioAkronAkron starting QB Cibastian Broughton has missed each of the last two games as he recovers from a knee injury. Remember, the Zips thought they were entering the year with Reese Poffenbarger under center, but he couldn't get clearance from the NCAA. Brayden Roggow played well in last week's loss to Eastern Michigan after throwing a total of five interceptions in the two games prior.
10/12 1:22 PM PDT183/184 Wake Forest @ CaliforniaCaliforniaCal starting QB Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele did not play in last week's contest against Virginia Tech after previously suffering a concussion against UNLV. Jackson Brousseau went 29-of-43 for 321 passing yards in his first start with the Bears after spending the previous three years at Colorado State.
10/12 1:16 PM PDT161/162 Navy @ Tex San AntonioNavyIt appears that Navy has officially made the QB switch from Braxton Woodson to Jackson Gutierrez. Woodson was reportedly fully healthy ahead of last week's game against Tulsa, but Gutierrez led the Midshipmen offense to 34 points, 481 total yards and 24 first downs.
10/12 12:57 PM PDT217/218 Nevada @ North Dakota StateNevadaNevada QB Carter Jones has been battling injuries all season. After missing the Week 2 contest against Montana State, Jones was knocked out of last week's 30-13 road win at UTEP and received x-rays after the game. AJ Bianco brought the Wolf Pack home in the final minutes after a strong performance by the Nevada defense.
10/12 12:53 PM PDT177/178 Utah @ ColoradoColoradoColorado wide receiver Danny Scudero is hopeful to return this week after missing each of the last three games with an ankle injury. Scudero caught 88 passes for 1,297 yards and ten touchdowns last year at San Jose State.
10/12 12:51 PM PDT125/126 Louisville @ SyracuseLouisvilleLouisville running back Keyjuan Brown is questionable after missing last week's win over Florida State. Brown is averaging 9.7 yards per carry so far this season, including a 163-yard performance against SMU in Week 3.
10/12 12:47 PM PDT189/190 Alabama @ Tennessee UTennessee UTennessee head coach Josh Heupel is leaving the door open for freshman QB Faizon Brandon to return this week. After battling some early-season struggles, Brandon did not play in last week's win over Arkansas. His replacement, George MacIntyre, threw two interceptions against the Razorbacks before eventually leading the game-winning touchdown with under two minutes remaining.
10/12 12:43 PM PDT115/116 Colorado State @ Texas StateColorado StateColorado State QB Hauss Hejny is not expected to play this week as he recovers from a hamstring injury. K'Saan Farrar has gotten the starting nod in each of the Rams' last two games.
10/12 12:41 PM PDT185/186 Wisconsin @ UCLAWisconsinBadgers' running back Abu Sama is expected to play this week. The Iowa State transfer has been battling bumps-and-bruises all season and has missed two games for Wisconsin, but he's generated 6.8 yards per carry when he's been healthy and available.
10/12 12:37 PM PDT175/176 Arizona State @ Texas TechTexas TechTexas Tech running back Cameron Dickey will miss this contest with a sprained ankle. After scoring 16 touchdowns for the Red Raiders last season, Dickey struggled to get Tech's rushing attack in gear in 2026 while producing just 4.2 yards per carry.
10/12 12:33 PM PDT125/126 Louisville @ SyracuseSyracuseSyracuse has an absolute mess at quarterback to sift through. Original starter Steve Angeli has missed each of the last two games. Back-up Amari Odom is dealing with a shoulder injury that forced him to miss last week's game against Virginia. Third-stringer Malachi Nelson suffered a collarbone injury in that game against the Cavaliers, forcing fourth-stringer Danny Lauter to finish the contest.
10/12 12:25 PM PDT197/198 Missouri @ MississippiMississippiOle Miss running back Kewan Lacy returned to limited duty in last week's win over Vanderbilt. Lacy only had seven carries for 39 yards, but with Ole Miss up 42-3 at halftime against the Commodores, there was no need to push the issue with his injured shoulder.
10/12 12:22 PM PDT159/160 Massachusetts @ Buffalo UMassachusettsUMass QB Pop Watson III was a late addition to the Minutemen injury report last week. Watson missed last week's loss to Miami (Oh) with a foot injury, and early indications suggest he may miss the rest of the regular season. Watson's back-up, Aedan McCarthy, is also doubtful for this week's game after suffering a leg injury against the RedHawks. Logan Inagawa went 6-for-6 with a touchdown as the third-stringer last week.
10/12 12:22 PM PDT141/142 Florida State @ Miami FloridaMiami FloridaMiami received some good-news-bad-news heading into this contest. Starting offensive lineman Max Buchanan is expected to miss the next few weeks with an apparent knee injury. But Miami is expecting to get edge rusher Marquise Lightfoot, cornerbacks Xavier Lucas and Damari Brown, and linebacker Ezekiel Marcelin all back this week after all four missed significant time at the beginning of the season.
10/12 12:20 PM PDT189/190 Alabama @ Tennessee UAlabamaAlabama star receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams is not expected to play this week after suffering a head injury in last week's loss to Georgia.
10/12 12:20 PM PDT195/196 Arkansas @ VanderbiltVanderbiltThe Vanderbilt QB discussion finally comes to a close this week as on-again-off-again starter Blaze Berlowitz suffered a broken collarbone in last week's loss to Ole Miss. True freshman Jared Curtis, who has bounced back-and-forth with Berlowitz in the role, will remain the Commodores' starter moving forward.
10/12 12:20 PM PDT185/186 Wisconsin @ UCLAUCLAUCLA QB Nico Iamaleava is expected to miss the rest of the regular season after suffering a leg injury last week against Oregon. Ty Dieffenbach and Madden Iamaleava (Nico's brother) will compete for starting QB reps moving forward.
10/12 12:02 PM PDT285/286 Washington @ San FranciscoSan FranciscoThe 49ers continue to lose bodies on offense. With fullback Kyle Juszczyk already out with a knee injury, fellow receiver Deebo Samuel suffered a hamstring injury in last week's win over the Seahawks. If Samuel is unable to go this week, Brandin Cooks and Mike Evans would be the only two healthy receivers on the 49ers' depth chart with any meaningful NFL experience.
10/12 11:56 AM PDT265/266 Pittsburgh @ Tampa BayPittsburghAaron Rodgers played a clean game last week against the Colts, but he's running out of weapons to throw to. Running back Rico Dowdle and wide receiver Michael Pittman have both missed extended time, and fellow receiver Roman Wilson is now expected to miss multiple weeks with a bad finger.
10/12 11:01 AM PDT263/264 NY Jets @ New EnglandNew EnglandThe Patriots have earned back-to-back wins, but things aren't looking much better in the injury department. Cornerbacks Christian Gonzalez and Carlton Davis have each missed multiple games. Running back TreVeyon Henderson, tackle Will Campbell and edge rusher Dre'Mont Jones were all knocked out of last week's game against the Raiders. Head coach Mike Vrabel said he expects Campbell, the team's former No. 4 overall draft pick, to miss multiple weeks.
10/12 10:56 AM PDT281/282 LA Chargers @ Kansas CityLA ChargersThe Chargers have three offensive linemen - center Tyler Biadasz, left guard Trey Pipkins and left tackle Rashawn Slater - on long-term IR. They have three more offensive linemen - right tackle Joe Alt, left guard Kayode Awosika and right guard Trevor Penning - that all missed last week's game against the Broncos.
10/12 10:50 AM PDT261/262 Houston @ JacksonvilleJacksonvilleJacksonville remains one of the healthier teams in the league through the first five weeks, but the Jags did suffer some attrition to the offensive line last week. Left tackle Anton Harrison and long snapper Ross Matiscik were both unable to finish last week's contest against the Eagles.
10/12 10:46 AM PDT261/262 Houston @ JacksonvilleHoustonTexans' running back David Montgomery suffered a groin injury in last week's win over Tennessee. Houston will likely need to bring someone aboard, because Woody Marks and Dare Ogunbowale are the only two healthy running backs on the Texans' roster, and Ogunbowale was signed off the Raiders' practice squad two weeks ago.
10/12 10:41 AM PDT283/284 Dallas @ Green BayGreen BayPackers' defensive tackle Javon Hargrave suffered a torn Achilles in last week's win over the Bears and he will miss the rest of the season.
10/12 10:40 AM PDT109/110 Seattle @ DenverDenverConsidered to be one of the top units in the NFL, the Broncos' secondary continues to battle attrition. With cornerbacks Patrick Surtain II and Riley Moss already out, safety Talanoa Hufanga was knocked out of last week's win over the Chargers.
10/12 10:37 AM PDT283/284 Dallas @ Green BayDallasCowboys' wide receiver CeeDee Lamb and left tackle Tyler Guyton both left last week's loss against Tampa Bay with injuries. Neither are deemed to be serious and both are hopeful to play this week.
10/12 10:33 AM PDT267/268 Baltimore @ ClevelandClevelandCleveland suffered a number of key injuries in last week's loss to the Jets. With guard Teven Jenkins and defensive tackle Mason Graham already out, the Browns lost running back Quinshon Judkins, wide receiver KC Concepcion and linebacker Carson Schwesinger to various injuries at The Meadowlands.
10/12 10:30 AM PDT273/274 Carolina @ PhiladelphiaCarolinaPanthers' wide receiver Jalen Coker, guard Damien Lewis, tackle Monroe Freeling, tackle Taylor Moton, defensive lineman Turk Wharton and edge rusher Jaelan Phillips were all battling injuries prior to Carolina's bye week. Early indications suggest most of them could be back in time for this contest against Philadelphia.
10/12 9:37 AM PDT267/268 Baltimore @ ClevelandBaltimoreBaltimore earned an overtime win in Atlanta last week without QB Lamar Jackson, center Cam Jurgens, guard Andrew Vorhees and edge rusher Trey Hendrickson. All will be monitored this week for a potential return.
10/12 9:37 AM PDT269/270 Chicago @ AtlantaChicagoQB Caleb Williams and running back Kyle Monangai both missed last week's loss to the Packers. Williams is hopeful to return this week, but head coach Ben Johnson said the team is in no rush to bring him back from the hamstring injury that has kept him out for the last three weeks.
10/12 9:37 AM PDT269/270 Chicago @ AtlantaAtlantaFalcons QB Michael Penix Jr. left Sunday night's game with what is being described as a rib injury. Early indications suggest that he is not expected to miss much time, but he is questionable for this one.
