Quick verdict: How legit is Kickr?

Customer support options – my Kickr Casino review’s thoughts

My Kickr Casino review came away with mixed feelings about the site’s customer service. There’s a sweet enough lineup of support options, but like the modern day Dallas Cowboys, something feels missing – and in this case, what’s missing is a live chat option.

Currently, you can choose from email, FAQs or social media DM and that’s your lot. They all work well enough, but the convenience of an on-site chat box was a bit of a disappointment at my end.

Whether you’ll feel the same way is completely on you, of course. The email service certainly gets the job done - I got replies in two to three hours whenever I tested it. Meanwhile, the FB, X and Insta links available basically offer live chat via DM anyway if you don’t mind an extra couple of clicks, with X being quickest, reply time wise, during my recent tests.
