Seattle interior injuries to #1 C Dominique Malonga & #1 PF Ezi Magbegor have left gaping hole in rim protection & top tier scoring lately. Season debut of rookie 6'4" 19 year old Awa Fam (#3 overall draft choice) should help to shore up some of that in the near future. However her minutes, effectiveness & insertion into the rotation are all question marks today. She played professionally in Spain (7.0 ppg) and for the Spanish National team (8.4 ppg) so this is certainly an adjustment. Washington has a substantial frontcourt advantage here with veteran C Shakira Austin & 6'7" 1st round pick Lauren Betts plus 2nd year star PF Kiki Irafen. Mystics backcourt led by SG Sonia Citron matches up well vs. the youthful & inconsistent group of Seattle. Extensive 6 day layoff for Washington only issue in game where talent level & overall team cohesion are firmly in their favor. Factors point directly toward a win of 5+ and pointspread cover.

Another home floor opportunity fueled by energized atmosphere now complemented by best rotation health situation they've had all series. Top 2 PG's De'Aaron Fox & Dylan Harper with return game under their belts likely provide offensive boost to Spurs who are in "bounce back" shooting situation off of uncharacteristic 42.5 FG%. Ball security was better last game and figures to maintain with potential to be better tonight. Also anticipate #1 C Victor Wembenyama to be more aggressive on the glass recording rebound numbers closer to the series opening pair of games where he averaged 20.5. Oklahoma City now facing their own backcourt injuries with #1 SG Jalen Williams ?able (hamstring-missed LG) and #2 PG Ajay Mitchell out due to an injured calf. That element could allow San Antonio areas to successfully attack and find extra point production. Favorable overall matchup here for San Antonio to climb back into this series and for whatever it's worth it has to be mentioned that Scott "The Extender" Foster is the lead official tonight so possibility for some extra free throw home cookin' points. Market price here asks for 3 more than what a semi-banged up SAS team scored in the last contest. San Antonio likely takes advantage of all they can in this one and finds their way to generating 111+.

Rob Veno has been entrenched in the sports handicapping community for 33 years. He was a major component in the success of Sportsmemo from its inception as a daily radio show in 1998. His 5% Bluechip releases have become synonymous with success, and he's carved a place for himself among the nation's elite handicappers. Rob's fundamental analysis of football, basketball, and baseball on the college and pro levels has him regarded as one of the best in the business at breaking down games. Rob began to make an imprint on the Las Vegas scene in the mid-1990s with his weekly football and basketball newsletter, which contained game selections and analysis. Over 30 sportsbooks on and off the strip, plus the famous Las Vegas Gambler's Book Club and newsstands nationwide, carried the publication, which expanded his recognition. He was subsequently invited into Las Vegas' most prestigious handicapping contests of that time, the Stardust Invitational in 1996 and 2004 and the Sunset Station Invitational in 2000. A veteran of sports handicapping radio, Rob began in 1992 by co-hosting a weekly Friday night show at 840 AM KVEG. He went on to do numerous live shows as a guest analyst from casino sportsbooks across the Las Vegas Valley, working with a litany of respected hosts and the most recognized handicappers in the business. Rob finally settled in as one of the mainstays on the daily Vegas Sportswire betting show, which ultimately became the famed Sportsmemo Radio Show and subsequent Podcast. His expertise has been heard on radio stations across the country over the years as he has done a multitude of guest analyst segments. Rob joined WagerTalk in the summer of 2020 and has quickly become a prominent member of their world-class handicapping roster. Rob is a Connecticut native, and after spending 11 years in Las Vegas from 1991-2002, he now resides outside of Philadelphia with his wife.
