The Panthers offense has to be more effective with Andy Dalton taking over at QB in place of the incredibly ineffective Bryce Young.  It won't hurt that Carolina goes from playing two of the best defenses in terms of run defense, pass defense, red zone defense, etc. to playing a mediocre-at-best Raiders stop unit.  These are the two worst teams in terms of QB pressure rate, so both QBs should have time to find the open receiver.
