3% Rotation #971: MLB Tuesday 3% Philadelphia Phillies +100 @ Toronto Blue Jays @ 7 ET - The Blue Jays are starting Chris Bassitt here and the Phillies have a number of hitters with experience against him. Conversely, Toronto does not have experience against Phillies rookie Tyler Phillips. Note that Bassitt has had one quality start in his last 6 starts at home but in the other 5 starts he allowed 23 earned runs! He has not been all that effective at home for months now and he faces a red hot Phllies team now that got healthy at home and is starting to pick up momentum again. Phillips does not have overly impressive numbers but he is 4-1 on the season and has been effective in 3 of his 4 road outings. Tough match-up with the Dodgers in the last one on the road but he still hung in there and other than one ugly road start he has a 3.00 ERA in his other 3 road outings including the one at LA. Overall, the Blue Jays have lost 4 of 6 games and, other than just one big win, were held to 1.6 runs per game in the other 5 games. The Phillies are 7-2 last 9 games and that included B2B road wins at the start of that in which the Phillies scored 11 runs in each game! Now they are on the road again and looking to build on that momentum and they offer solid value here as a small road dog in the even money range as of very early gameday morning. 3% PHILADELPHIA +100
