4% Hamilton @ Saskatchewan

Saskatchewan 26-10 second half last week vs. Hamilton followed their 22-10 second half last week vs. Edmonton opening week and each catapulted the games “over” registering 4% Best Bet and  3% Top Release winners. Not sure what changes where points scored are concerned between these teams this week. Roughriders pass offense led byreturn of #1 QB Trevor Harris entered this weekend averaging a league best 347.5 pypg while Hamilton QB Bo Levi Mitchell and their aerial attack ranks #2 at 346.0. Mitchell threw for 380 against this same Riders defense last week paving the way to a 410 ty effort while Harris lit up the Tiger-Cats 367 and 400 ty overall. Saskatchewan “D” which is still in grass roots process has been torched for 358 pypg and Hamilton is allowing 321. The teams rank 9th & 10th in total defense respectively and Hamilton allows a league worst 32.5 ppg through 2 weeks. Offenses again figure to have multiple passing avenues to attack in this one and perhaps their running games can find more traction this week. Thus far Hamilton games are averaging 59.5 points while Saskatchewan’s average 56.5. Saskatchewan now on an 12-1 “over” streak dating back to last season and see no reason to abandon that train now in matchup that’s likely to breed 51+.
