Play Rating:
3% – (793) Hamilton Tiger-Cats at (794) Saskatchewan Roughriders Total Under 50.5 (-110)

Total Under 50.5 (-110)…(3%) 2% at less than 49.

The Tiger-Cats and Roughriders meet for the second time in as many weeks, the only change being the venue. A simple strategy I've been using in the CFL for many years is to take the opposite of what happened in the first meeting, whether taking the team that lost the week before ATS or taking the Under when the game went over. Although the Riders and Ti-Cats have two of the bottom three defences in the league, I still don't think there deserves to be a total in the 50s when we're talking about these two offences.

The Roughriders got the win, but they needed 13 unanswered points to do so, which means their offence didn't come to life until late in the game. The Riders also lost two key player due to injuries and I'm not certain they'll be back this week, so that will hurt their offensive game plan a ton. Although Hamilton and Bo Levi Mitchell had a good passing game, I'm expecting them to look to utilize their run game a lot more and try and make James Butler a key part of their offence. The Riders have a respectable defence, but to control the clock and hold possession longer, the Cats will have to perform better on the ground.

Many people will say the week to game plan for a team you just played can benefit the offence, but I feel it's the opposite. Each team has one week to game plan defensively for what they just saw from the opposing team's defence and I feel like that's a positive thing for a defensive game.

If both teams can cut the penalties down, we'll see a lot more 2 and outs and punting will be the most consistent part of this ball game.

This total is TOO HIGH for the rematch game, take the UNDER 50.5
