Quick Hits: I mentioned in a previous play on the Avalanche that I felt they had a favorable schedule for the remainder of November and despite having a few good teams on that sked that they do step it up in those games and their last one in Dallas highlighted that thought with 6 straight goals in the final 27 minutes to overcome a 3-0 deficit and beat the Stars in Dallas 6-3. They'll look to close out this mini 2 game road trip with a win here before heading home to face the Canucks and they've won their last 8 meetings between these two. The Preds broke a 4 game losing skid with a win over the Blackhawks but aren't generating many high danger scoring chances. I'll take the Avs to get it done in 60 tonight.
