Texas just got back star QB Quinn Ewers only to lose star RB Jonathan Brooks. I also love taking home underdogs in these conference night games, as the stadium should be overflowing with drunk and rowdy hometown fans that can really lift a team. Iowa State has also thrived as a home dog under head coach Matt Campbell, going 10-5-3 (67%) ATS in that role, including 4-1-1 ATS if a home dog of a TD or more. The Cyclones have covered three straight in this series and are 3-1 SU in the last four clashes. The lone SU loss was last season in Texas when the 'Horns were a 15.5-point home favorite and escaped with a three-point win. I'm expecting another one-possession game in this one.
