If it’s a division game it improves to 53-19-1 (73.6%).  This total opened 219.5 and is now up to 224.5 because Porzingis & Jaylen Brown were present at shoot around.  While they both improve the Celtics offense, they also improve their defense so I disagree with the move and expect it to come back down. I believe oddsmakers opened it lower for a reason.  One reason includes how these teams play each other.  4 of the L5 meetings have went under, 8 of the L9 meetings (excluding overtime games) have stayed under the current number of 224.5.  Boston has stayed under 4 of their L5 games playing at the 2nd slowest pace within that span and being a top 5 defensive rated team as well.  The Raptors have been paced up vs poor defensive teams lately and also because they’ve fallen so far behind in the games, but they prefer a slower pace and are a team that wins with defense.  Division games are important so we expect a high defensive intensity game for two slower pace teams.
