This is a total contrarian play here as the UNDER has been hammered down 5 1 /2 points since it opened up at 43 1 /2 at the beginning of the season. The interesting thing is that there is only 64% of the tickets on the UNDER at the time of this writing. You would believe it should be much higher. Well even though we are well aware that these National games on Sunday, Monday and Thursdays have been under the total, we cannot pass up a low total like this. Pittsburgh scored only 7 points in their first game of the season and they will be much better today. On defense they have lost one of their better players in Heyward. That will help Cleveland. The Browns can score and put up 24 against a decent Bengals defense. In fact, 6 of the last 7 games between these clubs have went OVER the total of 38. Lets make that 7 out of 8 even though it is not a popular play.
