2% Breece Hall (NYJ) OVER 38.5 Rushing Yards (-130) —
Zach Wilson has made the comments that he is trying to identically replicate Aaron Rodgers, we all know that he can try all he wants, but he won’t record the same type of production as Rodgers. Wilson played in 9 games last season, so I took a look at the play-calling breakdown in those games …
There is an OBVIOUS difference in the playing-calling with Wilson at the helm. Hall has gone over this number in ALL 7 games he’s played (INCLUDING the game he got injured LY, w/ just 4 rush attempts), and he‘s done it once this year already.
I know Dallas has an impressive defense, but this number seems WAY too low. Even if Hall isn’t quite as effective as usual, when Wilson handed the ball off last season (in the 3 full games he and Hall played together) 58% of the time those handoffs went to Hall. They like to utilize him as much as possible, and last week seemed like a injury-healing, precautionary measure.
