(4%) OVER Rutgers/V-Tech. This is a very low O/U line. I feel it'll prove to be too low. Behind a balanced offense, the Knights have had no trouble moving the ball and scoring points. They scored 24 against NW and could have scored more, if they needed to. Last week, they scored 36 while racking up more than 450 yards of offense. They'll have success against a VT defense which allowed 17 points to ODU and 24 at Purdue. The Hokies had trouble stopping the run (and the pass against Purdue) in both. Those games, which were both in Blacksburg, each finished with greater than 40 points. The Knights' first two opponents weren't able to score but the Hokies should be capable of doing so. I see the final combined score finishing above the low total. *good at 38 or better
